Video
The ask was to create two videos positioning Credit Karma as the all-in-one app that can help Gen Z view their finances in one place. One video was following a current trend and the other was seasonal, and both had high engagement on social channels. This project was very fast-paced and hands-on – the videos were all done in-house over a span of one month, from kickoff to launch. I concepted the storyboards, chose props, and led art direction during filming and post-production (I also did the witch manicure!).
Static assets
These static assets were part of a full media plan to secure brand marketing budget for FY25. These accompanied another top performing social ad and proved to increase signups on social channels.
Reddit new messaging ads
Our marketing partners had recently unlocked some learnings after running ads on Reddit for the first time. For this second iteration, we created unique assets focusing on free credit reports, credit monitoring, and credit card recommendations. I wanted the ads to be eye-catching and interactive, so we created these “emoji word puzzle” carousel ads to engage and inform our audience.
TikTok carousels
With the goal of increasing acquisition and engagement among Gen Z users on TikTok, we created content that is authentic to the platform and has positive messaging. The content revolved around Credit Karma’s educational resources, credit factors and an interactive credit simulator product, and we leaned into trends that were current and relatable at the time.
